Fan art of Hino Rei/Sailor Mars
This an old hand painted pic from about 1999/2000. I did a good few images like this (some waaaaaaaaaaaay too big to scan) kind of a series of images that focus on Rei's more mystical side. It wasn't quite played on so much in the anime, especially after the first season, but it was always a staple part of her character.
I've cleaned up and smoothed out the background and stuff on PS, just trying to keep in the game.
